Tuition and Financial Aid
Your children’s education is the best investment and the greatest gift you can give them.
Thank you for considering St. Charles Borromeo School for your family. We believe a St. Charles education should be within reach for every family who wants it. Our tuition reflects a shared investment: our parish subsidy, the St. Charles School Endowment Fund, and ongoing fundraising all work together to keep tuition affordable.
Family-based tuition rates make it easier for families with more than one child to attend. Need-based financial aid is also available through the Gary Wilmer Scholarship Fund and the Sue McSherry Scholarship Fund, made possible by the generosity of our donors. Learn how to apply for financial aid.
Spanish-speaking families: Our coordinator can help you with admission and financial aid applications. ¿Prefiere español? Le ayudamos con la admisión y la ayuda financiera.

K-8 Financial Aid
Need-based financial aid is awarded each year from the Gary Wilmer and Sue McSherry Scholarship Funds.
How Aid Is Awarded
We partner with TADS, an independent service, to review each family’s financial situation fairly and confidentially. You share your information with TADS, not with school staff. TADS then provides the school with an assessment of need, which we use to award aid from our scholarship funds.
Start Your Aid Application
- Get ready. Download the 2026-27 Financial Aid Worksheet and use it to gather your information and documents before you begin.
- Go to the TADS Financial Aid application. If you already have a TADS account, sign in. If not, click Sign up at the bottom of the page to create one.
- Complete your application online and upload your documents.
