Looking Ahead

Fr. 4.3 - Tu. 4.7 School Not in Session: Good Friday, Easter Monday, NCEA Conference

Dear St. Charles Parents!

What an amazing time at St. Charles Borromeo! We’ve been nourished spiritually and physically through the Parish Mission over the last few days. Basketball season has just come to an end. Congratulations to all our teams for a great season! The whirlwind season of floor hockey is winding down with the student-faculty championship game taking place tomorrow at 1:45 PM in the gym. The Borromeo Bash Floor Hockey Raffle ends tomorrow. Tomorrow morning is the deadline for sending in an order form for more raffle tickets. We have much to be grateful for.

Spring break begins after school tomorrow. Students will return to school on TUESDAY, March 24. My staff returns a day earlier to prepare for our upcoming accreditation and to prepare for parent teacher conferences that are happening on March 24 and 26. If you have not yet signed up for a conference, please be sure to do so. Information is below.

On behalf of all the staff at St. Charles School, I wish you a very blessed spring break.

May these Lenten days be filled with faith and family.

God bless you!

Danny Kieffer

St. Charles School Principal

Spring Parent Teacher Conferences ~ March 24th & 26th

Conferences are from 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, March 24, and Thursday, March 26. To schedule conferences, visit this link: Conferences. This link will bring you to the St. Charles School scheduling page. Select the relevant preschool, elementary teacher(s), and/or a middle school time slot, and then register your name and contact info. This creates a registration for each conference and sends you a confirmation email with a link to choose appointment times.

  • Preschool conferences will be scheduled in 15-minute time slots with your child’s teacher.
  • Grade K-4 conferences will be scheduled in 20-minute time slots with your child’s teacher.
  • For 6th-8th grade middle school conferences, you will register for one-hour slots. During your hour, you may visit any middle school teacher in any order. If the line is long for a teacher, you may choose to visit another while the line shortens. Please introduce yourself and let each teacher know your child’s name when you sit down. Middle school grade-level teacher lists will be provided in the cafeteria on conference nights.

Congratulations, Basketball Teams!

The St. Charles basketball season concluded this past weekend. All of the teams represented themselves and our community exceptionally well. We are so proud of the work they put in this season and the improvement we saw from every team!

A special shout-out to our B5G team for getting second place in the championship game! They played a really great game. Congratulations, boys! Also, our G7 team played an exciting championship game and ended up winning the 7th grade championship! Way to go, girls!

We would like to thank all the coaches for their time and dedication to making St. Charles basketball a positive and rewarding experience for all the players. Your commitment to developing our young student athletes is inspiring. Thank you!!

Our baseball and softball teams will be getting underway after break, so as the weather warms up, don’t forget to come out and cheer on the Chargers this spring!

Floor Hockey ~ Thank You!
